PDFOdimel provides free online PDF processing tools including, but not limited to: merging, splitting, compressing, converting, rotating, protecting, unlocking, OCR text extraction, watermarking, adding page numbers, resizing, repairing, reordering, and deleting pages from PDF files. The Service is provided primarily through our website and processes files uploaded by users. We continuously work to improve and expand our toolset.

• You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service • You may use the Service without creating an account • By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms • If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms

• All uploaded files are processed on secure servers using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption • Files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 1 hour of processing • We do NOT read, analyze, store, or share the content of your files beyond the temporary processing period • You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to your uploaded files • We claim no rights over your content • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for complete details on how we handle your data

You agree NOT to use the Service to: • Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code • Process files that you do not have the legal right to use or modify • Use the Service for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent purpose • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features • Overload, disrupt, or attack the Service through automated scripts, bots, or denial-of-service attacks • Redistribute, sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization • Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights • Use the Service to infringe on intellectual property rights of others Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

• The PDFOdimel brand, logo, website design, software, and all related content are the intellectual property of PDFOdimel and its creator, Odimel Bhaskar • You retain full ownership of all files you upload and all output files generated through the Service • We claim no intellectual property rights over your content • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent • All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used in the Service are proprietary to PDFOdimel

• We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access • The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice • We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any significant changes or planned downtime

• The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied • We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted • We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or processing errors that may occur during use of the Service • In no event shall PDFOdimel, its creator, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PDFOdimel, its creator Odimel Bhaskar, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms • Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of severe violations • All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
